Economic Planetary Centrifugal Mixer with Two HDPE Containers for 400g Max.

MSK-PCM-1K is an economic planetary centrifugal mixer, that has an adjustable speed and can mix samples up to 400g. It is an economic tool to prepare slurry and paste for material research.

Working Time: 1 second - 99 hours selectable by a timer

Speed:

• Speed is variable
• Motor speed: 1350 rpm max.
• Max. Main Platen rotating: 500 rpm max.
• Max. Container spinning: 125 rpm max.
• Centrifugal Force: 90 G max, which is much higher than the plenary mixe

Containers & Max Load:

• Two 100mL containers are included, made of PVC materials
• Max. loading for each container is 200g (including container)

Compliance: NRTL or CSA certification is available upon request at an extra cost by a qualified agent

Application Notes: 

• Always use the mixer on a level & stable surface for best performance and maximum safety.
• Do not use the mixer in a hazardous atmosphere or with flammable, explosive, corrosive, or poisonous material.
• Do not overload the mixer! Stop the mixing operation immediately if an abnormal sound/vibration is observed.
• Use a digital balance to make sure the sample loading is balanced before mixing.
• Double-check if the containers are mounted correctly and securely before mixing.
