KSL-1800X-KA-UL is a bench-top ultra-high temperature muffle furnace built by Kanthal HT (1900 grade) MoSi2 heating elements with Max working temperature of 1800°C. It is ready to pass all safety tests worldwide.

Furnace Structure:

• Double shell steel case with a cooling fan to keep outside surface cool
• High purity alumina fiber insulation for max. energy saving
• ZrO2 ceramic liner can stand at working temperature up to 2200°C

Working Temperature:

• 1800° C (< 1 hour)
• 1750° C (continuous)

Heating Rate: 0~10°C / min (suggestion =< 5°C)

Temperature Uniformity:

• +/- 5°C over 120 mm (5") @ 1700°C
• +/- 2°C over 80 mm (3") @ 1700°C

Heating Elements: Kanthal Super-1900 Grade MoSi2, 4 pcs

Temperature controller: 

• Eurotherm 3000 Series Programmable Temperature Controller.
• 1 program, 24 segments programmed with ramping, cooling, and dwelling steps
• Temperature Accuracy: ± 0.1ºC
• RS485 port is built-in for PC operation
• Operation software is included for PC operation.
• Brand new laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 with pre-installed software is available upon request.
