The SC200 is a fully automated magnetron sputter coater designed for SEM sample preparation. With one-touch operation, a 7-inch touchscreen, and advanced magnetron technology, it delivers ultra-fine, highly uniform conductive coatings without sample heating — ideal for high-resolution imaging and heat-sensitive materials.

• True One-Touch Coating
Press the “One-Touch Coating” button to automatically evacuate the chamber, introduce working gas, perform plasma cleaning, sputter the target, and finally vent the chamber to atmospheric pressure for immediate sample removal. No further operator intervention is required.
• 7-Inch Color Touchscreen
All critical parameters — sputtering current, voltage, vacuum level, target usage, and equipment runtime — are displayed and adjustable in real time on an intuitive interface.
• Magnetron Sputtering Technology
Produces finer grain films compared to conventional diode sputtering, ensuring artifact-free imaging at high magnifications. Ideal for field emission SEM applications.
• Zero Sample Temperature Rise
Samples remain near ambient temperature throughout the process, making the SC200 safe for polymers, biological specimens, and other heat-sensitive materials.
• Rapid Pump-Down
High-efficiency vacuum system reaches coating-ready vacuum in under 3 minutes.
• Adjustable Rotating Stage
Motorized rotation (0–60 rpm) ensures excellent film uniformity. The 80 mm stage accommodates up to 14 standard SEM stubs. Target-to-sample distance is adjustable from 20–45 mm. Optional tilt function (0–45°) available.
• On-the-Fly Parameter Adjustment
Sputtering current, time, and working pressure can be modified in real time during the coating cycle, with changes taking effect immediately.
